Where Are you located?
Odessa's is located in Raleigh, NC and provides home delivery service or can meet our customers in a public location. You choose which option makes you most comfortable.
How far do you deliver?
Odessa's provides delivery in the Raleigh and surrounding areas. Delivery fees do apply and are usually $5-$8 for the Raleigh area. We also have a community-based meeting system by appointment only. If you are located outside that area please contact us for delivery options and fees.
What form of payment do you accept?
We are a cashless company. We can provide secure payment links via email or text. We accept all major credit cards. Cashapp and Venmo.
Where do you get your meats from? How often do you get supply?
Odessa's uses various suppliers. We are not a farm or a butcher. All meats are USDA inspected.
How long do I have to wait once I place my order?
Most orders are fullfilled 24 hours after order is placed. In some rare cases orders may take 48 hours to be supplied. Order's must be placed and paid for 24 hours in advance.
